London Trip!!!

It seems like my MSN Space has become popular overnight since I wrote the story about Kendra and Kristin.

Thanks for all the comments...

Both Kendra and Kristin have really good intentions about helping the girls around the world who are struggling with their situations.

So I wish them luck and success...

Although I wish I could be a permanent student, I might have to think about helping others, too.

So I consider working with Kendra and Kristin or with Girls By Design is my very first step towards the goal.

Alright, now welcome to England...the Land of the Unpredictable Weather!!!

Telling you the whole story about London and Exeter will take forever to finish...so I think I will just let the photos tell the story.

What I don't like about being in London is the RP or British accent...it is beautiful, but I've found it hard to understand.

What I like about London is everything else, except RP...hahaha

It's nice to be abroad again and get to see the other side of the world.

As an official photographer of the trip, I also have some photos to share... I hope you find there worth looking at.

Good news: I am going to Nepal in November!!!

Bad news: I have to write 2 short stories and 2 poems + prepare the presentation.

Kendra Voth and Kristin Kreuk!!!

This is actually an update for the story I should have written a long time ago.

I had been working for Kendra and Kristin in Febuary.

Both Kendra and Kristin are in Smallville, a serie about Superman!!!

Kendra has been working behind the scene, while Kristin has been Lana Lang, a girlfriend of Clark or Superman.

So I have been working with Hollywood Star!!!

Kristin is to be in Thailand for 4 months because she is staring in Street Fighter; The Legend of Chunli.

However, Kendra and Kristin are working on their own project called "Girls By Design"

...and this is where I come in...

Girls By Design is a project that aims to bring together the diverity between girls from all over the worlds

to give them inspiration and create comfidence in themselves.

Therefore, what we had been doing was interviewing girls from different places and...

conducting the workshop for the girls to come together and express themselves.

Anyway, what I want to write down here is not really about the Girls By Design.

It is about the question Kendra once asked me...

We were talking about my future and I told her that I wanted to keep studying and being a student.

Her reaction was... "What? Are you afraid of the real world, Yammy???"

I didn't answer the question... but the truth is "Yes, I am afraid of the real world"

As I have grown up, I have learned that the world is not as beautiful as I thought it would be.

There is so much to learn about the worl and sometimes I even feel that it is too much for me ... I just don't want to know more about it.

Anyway, trying to answer myself how long I will be able to keep myself away from the real world,...

I don't think I can do that very long either... So I should just get ready for it.

God, I hope you will give me strength and bravery to overcome this fear.

It is not gonna be easy, but since there are people out there urviving in the real world...I will survive, too.

Thanks, everybody, for being by my side and making me know that whatever I will face in the real world...it is not gonna be too bad since I have you all.

Thanks, Kendra, for asking me this question. It gets me thinking and now I know my fear... just have to deal with it before it is too late.

For those who are also afraid...I wish you luck in everything you do.

Life is tough...that's what my professor always tell me and I think it is true after all.

Just be as positive as possible...maybe the beauty of life is attached to something very small and easy to experience.

"What is a Gentleman???"

Before, Dawn was my boss and she is still my boss actually.

It is just that she looks very young...so I don't really think about the age matter.

We have been to many places and, for the last few weeks, I am now consider it "a Friendship"

I went shopping with Dawn today...(this is the 2nd time in a week!!!)

Although she likes vegetables and I can eat any of them, we do have a lot in common...

Especially the part that we both are independent and have a strong personality.

So now...what to do with a gentleman???

After a long walk, Dawn said...

"If I will have a husband, I will find someone who is really a gentleman"

I asked..."What do you mean by being a gentleman???"

Dawn immediately answered...

"A gentleman is someone who always lets woman go first!!!"

I don't know why, but I didn't say anything in response...

A few minutes ago, I got up and found myself thinking about the word "Gentleman"

For me, I don't really care whether I always get to go first...

but I would appreciate if he always has the reasons in mind why he chooses to go first and why he lets me go first.

As long as he is holding my hand...I hope that I can feel the comfort.

Sometimes, the situation can be very complicated.

We never know whether something dangerous or risky is waiting for us,

so facing the uncertainty first is considered bravery.

At the same time, if he is sure that we are going to face something beautiful,

I hope that he will let me see it first and he will be standing by my side looking at the beautiful thing together.

This might sound like something which does not exist in reality...

But I believe that My Gentleman really exists...hopefully!!!

You know I wear glasses...

but now I am carrying my Lumix around as my 5th eye!!!

After awhile, I have realized that, through the lense, the world looks different somehow.

I have been to different places...with an intention to take photos...

But a surprise is actually hidden in the story behind those photos I have taken.

On Jan 3, 2008, I wandered from SanamLuang to KhaoSan Road ...

On Jan 4, 2008, I went to Siam Paragon...

On Jan 5, I walked around the Freedom Park...

On Jan 12, 2008, I visited 9 temples and 1 Chinese shrine...

During Jan 18-21, 2008, I had been in Thuk Kae Village, Kho Sirey, in Phuket...

...and there is a lot more to come...

Looking at things from different perspectives allows me to see the world in different angles.

I have learned that sometimes I don't have to understand everything...

It is just the way it is...and it is good already...

However, there is also something that I can't just let it go!!!

This is going to be a long story...so I will tell you guys later then...

The deadline was coming, so its length answers the question why it is very short.

Too much has happened...

I have moved into the new apartment and I live alone now!!!

My trip to Indonesia has been cancelled!!!

The first week of the semester has passed and I was not vey happy with the courses!!!

One grade from last semester is still unknown!!!

I have spent a lot of money already for the beginning of this month!!!

However, life goes on...

Although what has happened can be called a "misfortune", I can see the better picture of the future.

This is probably another beginning and...

It must be great!!!

Actually, I hardly have time to write down anything at the moment.

However, since I have been fighting with so many things...

I believe that we all will pass these difficulties together though separately!!!

We might have made a wrong decision to be here in the program, but...

I believe that there is no better decision in my life since I get to know you all!!!

For everybody else in different battlefields, I hope life is getting more challenging...

"Am I killing myself??"

This question just popped up in my mind a minute ago and...

though I don't have much time, I want to keep this moment somehow.

Life is not as easy!!!!

I know this fact and I cannot run away from it anymore.

University life had been a great shelter for the past 4 years, but now I am in the WORLD

where life is so demanding and I don't know how much I can afford it.

School is hard as always, but papers make it even harder!!!

Have you ever read something for 20 times and had no idea what it is all about???

Until the last minute that you just got the idea and it's almost too late.

Work is getting more complicated!!!

I don't really know what I expect for my life...

When everything is good...boss, colleagues, the work itself, and money...

What else do I want???

Job is undeniable!!!

I have never thought about someome offering me a job in my dream...

and I don't understnad it has to come in this time...

but I also know that it can't wait, so GO FOR IT then

The workshop in Indonesia is coming!!!

One original short story and Two poems to write...

Who do they think I am???

But I am here to prove that a person like me can be a writer, a good one too!!!

It has been 30 hours since I woke up...

No time to do anything else, even sleep...my favourite hobby!!!

Sorry, those who love me, I am not taking care of myself very well.

Sorry, those whom I love, I am not very good at keeping in touch.

However, you all have never been forgotten and I will go through all these things.

Be there and have your fingers crossed for me!

...Return to the Real World...

It was very nice having 5 days off for the Graduation, despite the tiredness and boredom.

One nice thing was that... Friends got to be together again for the last time!!!...

It sounds strange, but it's true because...

There will not be any chance in the fututre that all of us would see one another again.

So I wish you all the best and...

If it happens that we meet again sometimes, don't forget to say "HI!!!"

The only thing that you don't have to ask is about getting married because...

If I am going to leave my freedom forever, I would let you all know!!!

Coming back to the real world...the world of responsibilities!!!

I don't want to grow up, people!!!

Can I stay young in my little space at the corner of my little world???

I wouldn't be so childish if the world was still friendly and peaceful, but...

the truth is the world that I was born with is gone!!!

I don't seem to know my surroundings any longer... I actually feel the loss!!!

Dear God, my birthday has just passed...I wish to ask you one thing...

May all the people in the world realize the importance of what we have lost...and...

Let them come together to recreate those precious things we used to possess.

We, the people, can't only wait for God to make a miracle!!!

Let's start at the easiest thing...

Smile at yourself once in awhile and then smile at others...they need it!!!

Buy things and say "NO Bag" because the world is getting hotter and hotter!!!

...What Does It Mean By Leaving?...

Leaving does not have a positive meaning in my own dictionary.

Maybe it is because most of the time I pay attention to someone/something/somewhere that is being left.

However, once in awhile, when I change to the different angle I found that...

Leaving is not always negative, but...It just depends on "what one is leaving for"

One can leave for something better

One can leave for something worse

One can even leave for something one has no idea whether it would be better or worse

Everybody has the right to leave someone/something/somewhere, but...

Before you do so, just spend a minute to think about someone/something/somewhere which is going to be left behind.

It is painful enough to see one leaves...so give that person/thing/place a big hug before you take a step away

Because you never know whether you will come back again...

Or even when you come back, you can not be sure if that person/thing/place is still there.

To those who have left me and who have been left by me,...

Thank you for making saying Good-bye so hard

...Something, Called Miracle...

Every one of us has been waiting for a "Miracle" to happen at least once in a lifetime.

Some wait silently, while some try to do everything they can to seek a miracle.

Unfortunately, not everybody experiences "a real Miracle" in life.

Actually, it depends on the definition of “Miracle”.

Some people ask for something impossible,

while some expect something that can occur at any point of time.

What does “Miracle” mean anyway?

If it really happens but it results in something undesirable, will you still call it a “Miracle”?

Some of those who are waiting for a "Miracle" do not really know what exactly they want.

Also, sometimes, when what they call “Miracle” results in something unexpected,

it is not considered a “Miracle” any longer.

Personally, I believe that a "Miracle" happens all the time.

Sometimes, it happens unexpectedly

and one does not even realize that it is a “Miracle” until time passes by

and it is almost too late for one to realize the inportance of what has happened and consider it a "Miracle".

I am still in Silpakorn University, though all my friends have left.

"Am I lonely?"..."Not really"

I have been translating the book for the temple and I’ve just got it done last night.

I have been teaching N’Ploy, my student, almost everyday during the week.

I have been visiting the 2 Top Models whenever I have a chance.

Note warned me before he left that I would be very lonely around here.

A part of it is true…

Without you all, the University has never been the same again.

Yesterday, I took a walk around and realized that…

My University life would have meant nothing if you all hadn’t been here.

The laughter and those happy moments could happen because of "You"

However, another surprising part is that… I don’t feel that lonely…

Though friends are no longer here, our great times stand still in my memory.

Actually “Alone” has nothing to do with “Lonely”

It is what inside one’s heart that matters.

Thank you, Jana, Vicky, Natr and N’Ploy, for filling my every day.

Without you all, I would have left the University a long time ago

And never have learned how important it is to be a friend of my very own.

It has been a long time since the last time I was here.

Of course, I have been through all the final exams as well as many parties.

I have been thinking about the future and realize that maybe there is no real future at all.

What really exists is this second and this moment!!!

However, I am glad with this answer...

Because when I think about it all over again, I have found that...

...The Last 2 Weeks...

This is the last week that I get to be in class.

The final tests will be in the next 2 weeks and then I am done.

Isn't it so fast???

...It's faster than one could actually imagine ...

Life has been nice during the last few days.

I have got a chance to talk to someone I have admired.

And I found out that this person is so great, though not perfect!!!

(Nobody is perfect anyway!!!)

Thanks, God, for this miracle...finally, you make this person speak English!!!

Thank you, if you get to read this, for having a little space for me

...even when you don't really need this person in your life...

It's my stupidity to let a year pass without doing anything...not even uttering a word.

Finally, it's after the dance, Bye'Nior 2007!!!

I had been worried about getting there in time because there was a possiblity thet I couldn't show up at all.

It was nice to see everybody and they all looked different.

The atmosphere was alright and I like it actually.

Thank you, Little Brothers and Sisters, for doing it for all of us.

I will never forget it and I will never forget you!!!

Also,...

Thank you, Friends, for being there and making the night worth remembering.

You were not there only for me.

However, without you It would have been nothing at all!!!

I have been waiting for tonight, but when it arrives...I just don't want to accept the truth!!!

There will be only a month left from today that I will be here...

...with the people I love and concern...

...with the teachers I respect and look up to...

...with the surroundings that has brought me up during the last 4 years...

If there is a question... "Am I ready to leave???" , the answer is so simple...

"No, I am not ready and never will I be ready to say good-bye"

However, when it's time...I don't have a choice...I have to go as well as everybody!!!

The truth is...sometimes it's better to step into the new path...

Because there will be other people, other teachers and other surroundings...

And this is how it works!!!

Saying Good-bye doesn't have to be followed by forgetting.

When we keep one another in our hearts, saying Good-bye means nothing.

Let's enjoy one month that we have left and make it worthwhile!!!

Therefore, there will be stories to think about with smiles!!!

...Language and Love...

I never realized that language would make it difficult for me to grow a relationship with anybody.

But now I truly understand!!!

It's not good at all to...

...look at someone who I have thousands words to say, but I can't even say a word...

...concern about that person really bad, but I can't even speak a word of encouragement...

...smile and hope that that person will understand how I feel, but I can't really know if that person does...

With all these problems, how can the relationship grow???

Sometimes, fate seems to make fun of my life.

There are many out there who I can talk to and be either friend or something else.

However, my focus at the moment is on the one I can't communicate with.

It's not that I can't speak the language, but I can't even understand it well enough.

I need a miracle now!!!

Someone who will make me speak the language well

...or...

Someone who will make that person speak English or even Thai

I will keep on smiling then as it is the only thing I can do.

Another year has been finished, but life goes on.
It would be much better if each year could be done and the new one could be started right away.
But "life is not like that"

What happened on Dec.31 did not end at midnight, but it still exists at this moment.

Those good stories in the past years probably stay at the bottom of one's heart,
While those terrible stories still repeat themselves in our thoughts as time passes by.

Take care and make sure that you have more of the better stories to think about.
Actually, there is no need to wait for new year for another beginning...
Because as soon as you decide to leave something or someone behind, it ends right there.
Always remember that...
The end of one thing is always another beginning of something else.

However, there is one thing that I want it to stay forever no matter how many years pass by.
"Friendship" has nothing to do with the old year and the new one.

On Christmas Day, Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.

What/or Who do you celebrate Christmas for anyway???

The importance of Christmas to me might be difference from others.

When I think about Christmas, I think about the Christmas time I have experienced in the US.

With my host family and friends, I have been singing Christmas carols and openning all the presents.

Though Thai people have nothing to do with God,

I am glad you all seem to have happy activities at this time of the year.

There has been too much happened in my life throughout the year of 2006.

And I know that too much has happened to you all as well.

For me, every change is for the better and at the end of this year, I am happier than ever.

Thank you, My Thai, American and Chinese families, for loving me with all your hearts.

You have been great supporters and I love you so much, too.

Thank you, friends, for always being by my side.

Sometimes, you need not to say a word because seeing you all around is more than enough.

Thank you, brothers and sisters, for making me know that I am needed.

It's just nice to be able to help you all one way or another...and you guys are very nice.
